OPERATIVE STAGES IN TOURISTIC AND COMMERCIAL COMPANIES
The “operative company stage” is a formative instrument at the disposition of those who have just finished school or on the point of finishing. During this period, the student inside the company, has different ways to verify and apply “ on the filed” his acquired knowledge during his school studies; This period will allow him/her to develop and increase his/her proper skills and abilities, based on his/her direct and active experience, in a concrete operative sphere.

- Valuation of one’s proper attitudes and work inclinations.

The companies chosen for the Stage by us offer an excellent level of organizational efficiency. The duration of the operative Stage can’t be less than
120 h (as expected from the laws in force), with a schedule of a daily activity which can’t be more than 8 h. Furthermore, the Stage foresees the stipulation of a convention between the institute and the hosting company and the realization of a formative project which inserts different trainees in every company. |
